Reuters: NATO vows “severe pressure” on Haqqanis in Afghanistan

NATO vowed on Thursday to put “severe military pressure” on the Haqqani military network, suspected of being behind recent attacks on Western troops in Afghanistan.

NATO Secretary-General Anders Fogh Rasmussen said that despite the violence seen at the weekend, the NATO mission was heading in the right direction and insurgent attacks were down in the July-September period, compared with last year.

    i concorde with NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen.
    Terroristic attacks killed people, but are merely spectacular and we must done them this only caratteristic. if we have the rationality do not react militarly but only on democratic way and donin resalt to their brutality, they will died on itsel, as this will imply that they produce no other effects and, surely, not that desired.
