Washington Post/AP: Roadside bomb in southern Afghanistan kills 6 police officers, tribal elder

KANDAHAR, Afghanistan — Officials say a roadside bomb in southern Afghanistan has killed six police officers and a local tribal elder.

The governor’s office says in a statement issued Wednesday that a police truck struck the bomb on Tuesday while driving in Kandahar province’s Zhari district.

    The local tribal elder, who was a man of peace, was the target of explosion, that has also killed the police officers.
    An old scene, an old manner of war, also if new why no war but terror.
    This may not block the tractatives for peace, that is the volunty of terrorists.
