It seem that an endeclared organization would disrupt dialogue beetween Pakistan and Afghanistan and kill those who may obstacle a plan for mantain the power and the economic structure, whose actors are known. The same who have orchestrated the attacks during the war.
Not only them, but also the NATO forces appear to be a target, and the situation is very instable and dangerous.
We may evaluate the situation, conserving the rationality and estimating what is the the better way on this contest.
It is very hard, but this has been a carateristic of this war and we have acquired the specific capacity to evaluate and act.
