The situation and the intentions described seem done reason to India and to its “monit” to a gradual downdrawn of U.S. troops.
It is difficult understand the real reason of decisions, what the finalities, if the peace process is a reality or a pretest .
The taliban, that some define men at dependence of Pakistan, now seem be considered subject of trattative.
A complex and very hard situation.
