It is a dramatic rise as it relate human lives, but it is not unexpected, not totally.
The phase on wich rhe country may be governed democratically and sinergistically with occident or occident forces, causes more fibrillation, as it comporte or may comporte the passage of property of resources and their economic government.
Talibans have two imperatifs: avoid this and avoid the formation of a free and culturally advanced people.
We one: done garancy of protection to a people who is on medioeval conditions of live, make it free, made human rights a reality for them.
