Pakistani Foreign ministry should be use more cautele on his expressions, since these may have dirrompent effects on antiterrorism alliance.
The assertion that some pakistans and taliban may be parts of the group responsible of kabul attack, do not imply that the term pakistan is referred with pakistan goverment.
it is not time of affirmations that may disrupt an alliance, now it is time to collaborate for eliminate terrorism.

I support Panetta 100%! He was being honest and matter-of-fact. It is a *fact* that Pakistan is sheltering terrorists (and the I.S.I. gives them considerable help). If Pakistan feel uncomfortable with that being mentioned openly, that is *their* problem.
This war would have ended years ago if it were not for the continual flow of weapons and insurgents from Pakistan.
