A police corps may not commite human rights abuses, it is a question of credibility for a corp that may warrant justice and combat the opposed acts.
In a situation as that described, it seem this essential requisite has been lost.
A training is necessary to avoid that revenge may be considered justice.
May be it is an isolate or confined situation and that the problem may be argined.
    I hope yes.
