BBC News: Munir Farooqi given four life sentences for terror charges

A former Taliban fighter has been given four life sentences after being found guilty of trying to recruit undercover officers to fight in Afghanistan.

Munir Farooqi, 54, from Longsight, Manchester, was convicted of preparing terror acts, soliciting to murder and disseminating terrorist literature.

    An ostination that can not be understood, if not on the logic of terrorism for terrorism.
    if they whould have freedom, we may hypothize, this is not the right road.
    It is the contrary road, a road of civil and military fallens, who have died for their fanatism.
    This is, on realty, the address of those groups of persons, that would, on same time, have a medieval control of o people and a power that is not power, but merely prevarication.
    We must be resolute and mantain the domain of ours minds in such a contest.
