British Forces News: BFG backup for NATO troops in Afghanistan

The NATO-led operation in Afghanistan is receiving vital help from a small contingent of British soldiers from Germany. 7 Signal Regiment’s 232 Squadron from Elmpt on the Dutch border are still in the early stages of a six-month tour of duty in the Afghan capital, Kabul. Their job is to link the most senior commanders with international forces across Afghanistan.

    We welcome the British contingent of soldiers form Germany, for the aid and major resilience they will apport on Afghanistan.
    Their job, that is linking the most senior commanders with international forces across the country, is an hard and interessant job.
