Washington Post/AP: Russian president calls for regional solutions in Afghanistan and neighboring nations

DUSHANBE, Tajikistan — Russian President Dmitry Medvedev says the fate of Afghanistan and surrounding nations should be decided by regional powers, an apparent call for reduced US engagement.

Medvedev told his Afghan counterpart Hamid Karzai Friday that Russia would pursue a broad platform of support to Afghanistan, including economic and security assistance.

    A delicate situation that involve international equilibres.
    Russia is posing such a situation and US have the necessity of a valutation of a compresence of military of the two nations, also for not compromise transition phase and mondial alleances, accords and others.
    I wish that Russia comportment will be evaluated and the two nation may conduct transition phase.
