For those of us who weigh the cost of our contribution to Afghanistan with great care, the loss of any of our fine service personnel is particularly hard to take. It is a consideration that pales when contrasted to the blow suffered by his wife, three daughters and wider family. My heart goes out to them all, just as it does to those served along side Sergeant Weston. RIP

Each death weighs heavier and heavier. My thoughts to family, friends and his brothers in arms. I wish I could find magic words, but there aren’t any.
    Typed through my tears…

I Knew Barry when he first joined the RMR, since then he was hooked. The marines was his life. I have never met another guy who could make light of any situation and laugh at anything. I know that his fellow marines loved him and would have followed him anywhere.
Im sorry my children never got to meet him, my thoughts and prayers are with him and his family. From an old school buddy and former member of the RE.
