I may understand the economic expensive effort to build the Afghan security forces, but this force may done garancy of protection, to USA and occident, by terrorist threats and the economic cost is justified.
The Afghan people is now on conditions that are not such ours.
That is not why they are not able to make edifices or do not know architecture.
    Hystoric monuments tell on merit.
Home of potents are provided by any modernity.
Afghan people need to have homes provided of necessary conforts.
A new born of a people not justify economic costs also as they may give, when free, products necessary to occidental countires?
    Yes, is my answer.
