BBC News: Army tribute to fallen soldier Cpl Lee Brownson
The family of a County Durham soldier killed in Afghanistan have said a new building named in his honour is a "fitting tribute" to his bravery.
Cpl Lee Brownson, of Bishop Auckland, died while on foot patrol in Helmand province in January 2010.
An accommodation block at Catterick barracks was named after him, while a second was named after colleague Craig Brelsford from Nottinghamshire.
Cpl Brownson's father Gary said the the new accommodation was "like Butlins."
Cpl Brownson, of the 3rd Battalion The Rifles, was due to become a father for the third time when he died. His wife has since given birth to a son.
