Marsh Cormack prepares for Twickenham
Marsh Cormack is a gentle giant off the field, but give him a rugby ball and he is a raging bull. Freed by his unit 854 Naval Air Squadron, he arrived back from Afghanistan just days before the Navy shattered RAF aspirations at Newbury last month. In what was his first game of the season, he was man of the match as they ran in fifty points.
On Saturday he will proudly step out at Twickenham. Almost as soon as the games over Marsh, along with several teammates will be heading back to his unit and he is quick to acknowledge the sacrifices others are making so he can play. If the Navy are to retain the title, they won last year at the 9th attempt; he will be a pivotal figure.
John Knighton of BFBS went to talk to Marsh during his brief time in the UK and you can view this report by clicking on the image below.
