Fawzia Koofi hopes to be Afghanistan’s first woman president. The Taliban are determined to stop her. Bryony Gordon reports in today’s Telegraph.
The last time that the Taliban tried to murder Fawzia Koofi, she was in her car with her two young daughters. When the first bullet was fired, they were travelling from the eastern province of Jalalabad to the Afghan capital, Kabul, along a dangerous and narrow road wedged between two mountains and a river.

It is caratheristic of oriental mentality to thinks that women have no rights and, then, when a women diversely act, she is a target to strike.
This the essence of what has happened to Fawzia koofi. She know thier acts are for talibans a war declaration and the risk she will ever encounter.
I pray her to continue on her war for women rights, for human rights and done her my solidarity.
Fawzia, be not afraid and prosecute on this actions for done to all women the possibility to be part of society, also if this should no request such risk, being a assodate right.claudio Alpaca
